Partner
Eric Meyer
Eric is a co-owner with a unique blend of healthcare expertise and hands-on construction experience. A 2012 graduate of Valle Catholic High School, Eric went on to attend Maryville University, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. He has since built a strong career as a practicing physical therapist, completing an advanced fellowship in 2023.
In 2020, Eric partnered with Kegan and his brother Anthony to begin flipping homes, combining discipline, problem-solving, and attention to detail from his medical background into the construction field. What started as an investment venture quickly grew into a passion for building and improving homes.
Eric brings a meticulous, client-focused approach to every project, ensuring quality results and a smooth building process. Outside of work, he was married in 2025 and is currently expecting his first child.

Kegan Schmelzle
Kegan is a co-owner with a lifelong background in construction and a passion for building quality homes. A graduate of Ste. Genevieve High School, Kegan began working in construction during his teenage years, developing a strong foundation in the trade early on.
He later worked at Axes Physical Therapy, where he met Eric and Anthony—connections that would eventually lead to a shared vision in real estate and construction. In 2020, Kegan partnered with them to begin flipping and building homes, bringing his practical experience and craftsmanship to the forefront of the business.
Kegan is known for his hands-on approach, work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality results on every project. Outside of work, he is married to Anine, and together they enjoy life with their two goldendoodles.

Anthony Meyer
Rooted in the historic charm of Ste. Genevieve, MO, Anthony leads a small residential construction company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and care. His path began at Southeast Missouri State University and continued at the University of Missouri, where he earned his Physical Therapy degree in 2018. That background sharpened his eye for structure, function, and detail—skills he brings to every home they create.
In 2020, his brother Eric, business partner Kegan, and he began flipping homes, transforming potential into beautiful living spaces. By 2024, they completed their first new build, and in 2025, expanded into renovations and custom homes, turning dreams into reality.
Outside of work, he's a husband, father, and high school football coach—roles that keep him grounded, inspired, and connected to his community.
